A new way to leave feedback via video, text, or a simple conversation with our AI.

At sustainable.day we aren’t just building platforms; we’re building a community. Our journey is shaped by the people we meet—travel buddies, business partners, and fellow explorers. To make sure your voice is heard, we are launching voice.sustainable.day

Feedback, Reimagined

We wanted to move beyond the boring "comment box." Our new testimonial platform is designed to be the most innovative way possible for you to share your experiences with us. You now have the freedom to choose how you want to be heard:

  • Video: Record a quick clip to share your thoughts face-to-face.
  • Text: The classic way to drop us a note of encouragement or feedback.
  • Talk to our AI: Simply speak your mind, and our integrated AI will help guide your feedback into a beautiful testimonial.

No Barriers, No Apps

In line with our commitment to accessibility and building in the open, we’ve ensured that voice.sustainable.day works seamlessly in any browser. There are no apps to download and no accounts to create. Whether you are on a mountaintop with your phone or at your desk on a laptop, sharing your story is just a click away.

Building and Integrating in the Open

Transparency isn't just about us showing you our code or our roadmap—it’s about showing the real impact we have on our partners and friends. By integrating this platform into our ecosystem, we are making our community’s feedback a core part of our public identity.

We invite you to stop by and leave your mark. Tell us about a trip we helped you plan, a business session we shared, or simply why you support the mission of sustainable travel.

Access the latest sustainable.day improvements directly from our Help Center.

When we committed to building in the open, we promised that you would never have to guess what we are working on. Today, we’re making our progress even more visible by integrating our real-time updates directly into help.sustainable.day

Your Direct Line to Progress

You can now find a dedicated updates widget on our Help Center. Much like our live chat bubble, this "announcement hub" sits ready at the corner of your screen, giving you instant access to the latest improvements, new features, and ecosystem announcements.

Why Integration Matters

We know that when you are looking for help or browsing our guides, you also want to know if a tool has been updated or if a new feature has launched. By bringing our Open Logbook into the Help Center, we’ve created a unified space for both support and innovation:

  • Seamless Access: No need to switch tabs to see what’s new.
  • Contextual Updates: See exactly how the platform is evolving while you learn how to use it.
  • Transparent Growth: Every technical tweak and service expansion is logged and ready for you to explore.

Building Together, in the Open

Whether it’s a new language added to our travel engine or a new category in our booking hub, every step of the sustainable.day journey is now more accessible than ever. We believe that by showing you our work in real-time, we build a platform that is more accountable and more connected to the people who use it.

The next time you’re visiting our Help Center, click the widget to see what we’ve been up to lately.

Direct access to our team, integrated with our internal workflow for total transparency.

At sustainable.day, we believe that sustainability is built on communication. As we continue to build this platform in the open, we want to make sure the door is always open for you to reach out, ask questions, or just say hello.

Today, we are officially launching the Real-Time Chat Bubble across the platform.

Direct Access, No Barriers

You’ll notice a small chat icon has appeared at the corner of our pages. This isn't a bot and it isn't a "black hole" for messages. It is a direct line to us. Whether you have a question about our travel search engine, need help with a booking, or want to discuss a potential collaboration, you can now start a conversation instantly.

Why This Matters for our "Open" Philosophy

We aren't just adding a chat tool; we are integrating it into the very heart of how we work.

  • Slack Integration: Every message sent through the bubble goes directly into our internal Slack channels. This means we see your feedback and questions in real-time, right where our team collaborates.
  • Radical Transparency: By connecting our public-facing chat to our internal workflow, we are breaking down the walls between "the platform" and "the people" behind it.
  • Building Together: Your real-time feedback helps us decide what to build next. If you find a bug or have an idea, telling us via chat is the fastest way to get it onto our roadmap.

How to Use It

Simply click the bubble on any of our sub-domains. We are here for well, anything related to sustainable.day.

We are proud to continue building this ecosystem in the open, and we can’t wait to hear from you.

As we continue to expand our services—from travel search to booking platforms—we want to ensure you never feel lost. Today, we are officially launching help.sustainable.day, our dedicated Help Center designed to provide instant answers and clear guidance.

The sustainable.day network is growing fast, and we know that with more tools comes the need for more information. Whether you have questions about how our travel engine works, how to manage your bookings, or just want to learn more about our mission, the Help Center is your first stop.

Our Help Center isn’t just a FAQ page; it’s a living library of support relevant articles:

  • Step-by-Step Guides: Clear instructions on using our various sub-domains.
  • Troubleshooting: Quick fixes for common questions.
  • Ecosystem Insights: Detailed breakdowns of our services and how they benefit your travel journey.

Built for You

We’ve designed this platform to be clean, searchable, and easy to navigate. Instead of waiting for an email reply, you can find the information you need in seconds, allowing you to get back to what matters most: planning your next adventure.

As we add new features to the sustainable.day family, the Help Center will evolve alongside them. We are committed to keeping this resource updated and relevant as we continue to build in the open.

Whether it’s a business strategy session or a long-overdue catch-up, we’ve made booking a meeting simpler than ever.

As sustainable.day grows, so does the number of incredible people I get to connect with - from business partners and sustainability experts to friends across the globe. To make sure we spend less time "checking calendars" and more time actually talking, I am thrilled to launch meet.sustainable.day

Why This is a Big Deal

This isn't just another contact form. We have built a dedicated booking platform designed to remove the friction of scheduling. Here is why we’re excited about it:

  • Social Integration: No more filling out long forms. You can now sign in using your favorite social accounts to book a slot in seconds.
  • Seamless Syncing: The platform supports a massive range of integrations (which we will be detailing soon on our Open Logbook) to ensure that once a meeting is set, it’s locked into the calendar with zero effort.
  • One Hub for Everything: It serves as the official gateway for both my professional and personal circles.

Work vs. Life: Choosing Your Path

To keep things organized, we have split the booking options into two distinct categories:

  1. Research & Projects: This is for my business partners, collaborators, and professional inquiries. Here you can book focused sessions regarding sustainability projects, partnerships, or consulting.
  2. Conversations: This is for the friends and family who keep the journey fun. Use this category for "catch-ups," virtual coffees, or just a general chat to stay in touch.

Use It Whenever You Need

The next time we need to hop on a call or meet up, feel free to use the platform. It’s designed to be used by you whenever a meeting is required. No more back-and-forth emails—just pick a time that works for both of us, and the system handles the rest.

By automating the "when," we can focus entirely on the "what" and the "why" of our conversations.

There is a quiet discipline behind meaningful platforms — the understanding that what lasts is built gradually, thoughtfully, and with intention.

In a digital world that often celebrates finished launches and polished announcements, the process itself tends to remain invisible. Features appear without context. Improvements happen quietly. Direction shifts without explanation.

But progress does not begin at launch. It begins long before that — in experimentation, refinement, and careful structural thinking.

With open.sustainable.day, we are choosing to make that process visible.

This journal exists as a public record of how sustainable.day evolves over time — not as a marketing stream, but as a deliberate documentation of growth. It reflects the thinking behind new features, the refinement behind each improvement, and the long‑term direction shaping the platform.

Not every adjustment will be documented. Minor tweaks and internal iterations remain internal. But when meaningful progress occurs — when something strengthens the experience, expands capability, or clarifies direction — it will be recorded here.

  • Open does not mean constant noise.
  • Open means responsibility.

Over time, this space will become an archive of how sustainable.day grows — steadily, intentionally, and transparently.
